What led us here ...
NG Apothecary began as a personal practice rooted in curiosity, care, and lived experience, and has grown slowly and intentionally over time.
What started over fifteen years ago as hands-on herbal work became a way to understand the body, support the nervous system, and create daily rituals during seasons shaped by stress, grief, and transition. That relationship with plants deepened into formal study, formulation, and community education, eventually becoming NG Apothecary.
For more than a decade, this work has lived at the intersection of ancestral herbal knowledge and modern scientific understanding. Traditional frameworks that emphasize balance, energetics, and observation are honored alongside evidence-informed perspectives on plant chemistry, physiology, and human biology.
Education is central to everything offered here. Rather than one-size-fits-all solutions, NG Apothecary focuses on teaching people how to understand their bodies, rhythms, and options for support, gently, thoughtfully, and without urgency.
