Herby Club - Aug 16, 2024.

>In today's Herby Club we learned what flower essences are, how to create flower essences, and how to ask plants for permission. 
We learned about energetic, spiritual, and physical properties of both humans and plants and learned how plants can support our 3 bodies. We connected to the plants and used fresh spring water to capture our essence.

We learned about the different energetic properties of each flower in the garden and eventually we were able to pick our herbal ally for the month. Next month, we will talk about what we learned about our herbal ally and share a creation with everyone. 

We went over the First Medicinal Published Text of the New World, Libellus de Medicinalibus Indorum Herbis, and about overseas plant migration & colonization. 

We ended with sharing the discord group with new members, setting the next meeting time, and picking a herb card from the Pocket Herbal.
